From first meeting David he spoke about the property market and gave honest opinions on valuation. The time and advice you get from him you will not get from any other agent. The camera men then capture your home at its best, the video and photos were perfect.
Advertising is done across social media at the right times to gain maximum interest. You join a WhatsApp group with the team which I thought was great.
From then onwards you speak with the rest of the team but David is always in the background right up to completion and you can speak to him if needed.

We mostly dealt with Pauline throughout the sale who is calming and takes away your stress. Kate was also there when needed.
They work out of normal hours if needed, for example when our advert was going out we heard from David by message, this was a bank holiday weekend. We also handed our keys over late, after their working hours, but they stayed in contact with us and our buyers throughout.
