A Clever Client Portal for Sellers & Buyers
We invite every buyer and seller to register for a private and interactive property account. Here, you can keep up-to-date with the latest feedback and view scheduled viewings, offers made, and more. In addition, buyers and sellers can easily communicate with us, with viewers even receiving SMS and email reminders on the day.
A Full Viewing Service
Once your property receives enquiries, we will arrange accompanied viewings by appointment. If we believe an open house could secure a better result by generating competing offers, we will discuss this with you.
We report the ‘initial’ post-viewing feedback immediately through our clever customer app. We then deliver ‘considered’ feedback within 24-72 hours, after the client has digested the viewing.
A Dedicated Client Executive
There’s nothing more frustrating than being passed from pillar to post when trying to communicate with estate agents. From the start, we’ll pair you with a dedicated client executive who will support you from booking your initial valuation to coordinating the photoshoot of your home, arranging viewings, and dealing with offers.
